Founder,
Three Nails One Crown was born from a testimony of redemption.
After moving to Orlando, Florida in 2020 to pursue a career in the music industry, Nakelia Brown believed he was stepping into the life he had always dreamed of. But by the middle of 2023, that dream had fallen apart.
There were days spent sleeping in a 2002 Saturn under the relentless Central Florida heat with no air conditioning. Other nights were spent on a friend’s couch, parking the car nearly a mile away and making the walk each day because there was nowhere else to go. Some days he didn’t know where his next meal would come from.
Eventually, the weight of hopelessness became overwhelming, and Nakelia reached a point where he believed his life was no longer worth living.
But God had other plans.
In the darkest season of his life, God met him with grace, purpose, and a future he couldn’t yet see. What once looked like the end of his story became the beginning of a calling—to create something that would point people to Christ and remind them that no circumstance is beyond God’s redemption.
That calling became Three Nails One Crown.
More than a clothing brand, Three Nails One Crown is a mission. Every design is created to spark conversations about Jesus Christ, encourage believers to wear their faith boldly, and remind people that hope is never out of reach.
Because Nakelia has personally experienced homelessness and uncertainty, giving back is woven into the foundation of the company. Ten percent of every purchase is donated to organizations serving people experiencing homelessness and others in need, with the hope of extending the same compassion that helped change his own life.
Today, Nakelia continues to pursue excellence as an entrepreneur, author, and artist, believing that every success is an opportunity to glorify God and serve others.
